Ingredients for the thin tomato and parmesan tart

  • 4 beautiful tomatoes of your choice
  • A generous spoonful of old-fashioned mustard
  • 1 C. olive oil
  • 1 C. tablespoon herbs of Provence
  • A nice piece of parmesan to grate
  • Optional: old-fashioned mustard
  • Arugula or fresh basil

For homemade pie crust

  • 300g flour
  • 150g of butter
  • 8cl of water
  • 1 generous pinch of salt
  • Seeds of your choice

You can also take a broken or puff pastry from the trade (without palm oil, of course 🦧❤️)

The stages of preparation of the thin pie

Preheat the oven to 200°C. Spread the dough in a pie dish. For those who choose the mustard option, now is the time to spread it on your dough., Place the tomatoes, thinly sliced. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with Provencal herbs and Parmesan. Bake for at least 30 minutes. Remove the pie from the oven, serve warm (a second dose of Parmesan has been added) and accompanied by arugula or a few basil leaves. Pop, all you have to do is uncork your Oé rosé and enjoy!
