Caramel pork, a simple preparation

Caramel Pork is a sweet and savory delight with an exotic air, and super easy to make. For a meal for four people, for example, you need different ingredients :

  • 800 grams of tenderloin or pork loin,
  • 30 sugar cubes of any color,
  • 5 centiliters of water,
  • 1 tablespoon of mixture of four spices (pepper, cloves, cinnamon and nutmeg),
  • 1 yellow onion,
  • 2 chicken stock cubes,
  • 1 tablespoon ground ginger
  • 3 tablespoons of soy sauce

The preparation only takes about 15 minutes, for about 25 minutes of cooking.

Step 1: Start by cutting the cut of pork into bite-sized pieces and put it in oil to give it a little color.

Step 2: Prepare 50 cl of hot water in a container, and add the tablespoon of ground ginger, the two chicken stock cubes, the tablespoon of spice mix and the three tablespoons of soy.
