Oé winemaker Emmanuel

Emmanuel’s 25-hectare estate is located in the southern part of the appellation in one of the driest areas of the Rhône Valley, exposed to the power of the elements and the Mistral wind, which blows for some 100 days a year. The vineyards are sited in a valley around the château and benefit from more than 2,800 hours of sunshine a year. The unique "caïau frejaü'' soil stores heat during the day and releases it at night like an oven.
