Un champagne digne de son nom

Pour moi, c’est un champagne rare et de grande qualité. J’ai apprécié son équilibre, sa délicatesse et le fait qu’il soit produit en bio, ce qui le rend encore plus spécial.

Nous étions 7 ( dont un fils de vigneron) pour goûter le champagne OÉ. Juste après la première gorgé, tout le monde à acquiescé de la tête en disant "ah ouai, il est bon!"
Et c'est encore meilleur quant on connaît l'éthique qu'il y a derrière.
