Oé winemaker Pierre-André

On his estate in Beaujolais, Pierre-André grows his Gamays vines on granite soils to produce Brouilly, but also Côtes-de-Brouilly, Beaujolais and Beaujolais Village. His traditional harvests are mainly done by hand and he uses whole bunches and destemmed bunches.
