Oé winemaker François in Thénac

François is passionate about organic farming and the ecosystem that surrounds his vines: organic indicator plants, essential oils, fauna and flora as a whole. He is also a former airplane and ULM pilot. And he is currently working on a circular economy project to recover the copper present in the ground and reuse it sparingly to prevent diseases. Cannon, right?

Un vin bien apprécié : Les Côtes-de -Bergerac

Nous aimons ce vin blanc et nos amis aussi. Bu frais, ce vin a un goût sucré et un goût intrinsèque qui plaisent beaucoup. Servi à l'apéritif ou au dessert, ce vin fait étincelle et c'est bien d'avoir toujours une telle bouteille sous la main.

Rarement vu un moelleux aussi bien équilibré. Une cuvée qui a le mérite d'être bu par tous même ceux qui sont pas adepte des moelleux !! Il a plu à toute la table... Un verre, puis deux, puis...

Super facile à boire
On l'a ouvert sur l'apéro mais mangé tout au long du repas malgré un autre vin ouvert pour le plat.

Subtile et faicile à boire

Surpris par sa subtilité en bouche, il est très agréable et doux. Facile à boire et très abordable car pas trop de sucre.
Attention cependant, vin très peu alcoolisé, il ne plaira pas à tout le monde.
