Exposed to the power of the elements, and particularly to the Mistral more than 100 days a year, the vineyard of more than 25 hectares is located in one of the driest areas of the Rhône Valley, on the southern part of the appellation. . It benefits from more than 2,800 hours of sunshine per year, but it is during the night that the "caïau frejaü*" restore the heat stored up during the day like an oven.
The Côtes-du-Rhône vineyard is located in a valley all around the Château.

À propos du Côte du Rhône

Les Cotes du Rhône peuvent être rouge ou blancs. Les deux sont certes différents mais très bons tous les deux. Le rouge apporte le goût et la force tandis que le blanc apporte le goût et une certaine fraîcheur. J’ai une préférence pour le rouge mais il faut adapter le vin aux mets consommés pour trouver une action synergique.

Nous avons été étonnés par son goût dès la première gorgée ! Nous nous attendions à un vin plus léger, mais il a une certaine force pour un côte du Rhône. Nous avons vraiment apprécié ce vin.
