Before a good gratin or a nice ratatouille and rice infused with thyme, we offer you this exquisite recipe for roasted feta with olives and candied lemon.
For 4–6 aperitif lovers Preparation 5 minutes • Cooking 20 minutes
You will need:
- 1 block of feta
- 1 or 2 small candied lemons
- 1 good handful of olives of your choice
- The juice of half a lemon
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 good pinch of Espelette pepper
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. In a small baking dish, mix the lemon juice and olive oil and place the block of feta. Arrange the olives around, and sprinkle the whole dish with half a finely chopped candied lemon. A pinch of Espelette pepper, a turn of the mill and in the oven for 20 minutes. You can finish with a grill shot to brown the feta.
