After the cream of asparagus and the buckwheat chili , we are happy to offer you a recipe that will delight the most sweet-toothed: chocolate fondant ! The Baobab Lab brigade offers you a simple recipe to make and even more to taste, which we suggest with a sparkling organic wine : Crémant Oé !
Chocolate fondant recipe (20 min)
To enjoy, you need the following ingredients:
Food lovers, with the two whites you have left, we suggest you make floating islands or a dark chocolate mousse!

Preheat the oven to 180°C. You will only need one pan for this recipe, less dishes and more fun 😉
Melt the chocolate and butter in a saucepan. Remove the whites from the yolks of 2 of the 4 eggs. Mix the chocolate, butter, eggs and whisk. Add sugar, flour and yeast.
Butter the ramekins and pour the mixture into them. Bake for 12 minutes then let cool before unmolding.
To be enjoyed cold or lukewarm, for even more fondant, with Le Crémant d'Alsace Oé chilled! Or for those who prefer to finish with a glass of red, we recommend the Châteauneuf-du-Pape or the Saint-Émilion Grand Cru ! (Who said desserts can't be enjoyed with great wines?)
