Les recettes de La Belle Assiette

The recipes and food and wine pairings of Matthieu, chef at La Belle Assiette

A few weeks ago, we had a great time with the Oé team over a meal prepared by Matthieu, a chef who cooked a starter, main course and dessert for us. We paired them with 3 Oé wines selected hand in hand with Valérie, our oenologist.

For those who are not yet familiar with the concept, La Belle Assiette offers home chefs to prepare basic or gourmet meals, aperitifs and cocktails. The idea is to offer a privileged and personalized moment according to your desires. They have been around since 2013 and allow you to receive meals at home without constraint thanks to the talents of a professional chef who takes care of everything, from purchasing ingredients to tidying up the kitchen.

With the Oé team, we have chosen a 100% vegetarian festive meal that we can't wait to reveal to you. And we start today with the starter: a mousseline of Jerusalem artichokes, salsify roasted in sage butter, black sesame praline and black lemon. Let's go !
