Since the early years of working with our winegrowers, we visit them and conduct soil analyses. These analyses allow us to know if they are contaminated with heavy metals and if these metals are present in excessive quantities.
If this is the case, we fund regenerative plants for Oé winegrowers to absorb the excess metals. The plants are then harvested and repurposed.
We work with a Lyon-based company, Biomede, to carry out the analyses.
