Mathéo Jacquemoud, mountain guide & Oé ambassador
Mathéo is an athlete and mountain guide. He's originally from Savoie and knows Chamonix inside and out. He's a seven-time world champion in alpine skiing in several prestigious races and holds mountain ascent records, including that of Mont Blanc with Kilian Jornet. He embodies excellence in endurance and adventure sports, with a deep passion for the mountains and performance.

Champagne is produced organically in Epernay. Organic farming accounts for 3% of Champagne's vineyards.
This makes this bottle a rare and deliciously good champagne. Its bubbles are fine and delicate. It is refined and mineral. Its color is golden and luminous.
