Oé winemaker Jean-Baptiste

Le Domaine est dans la famille depuis 1972. Dans les années 1990, Thierry après avoir entrepris un aménagement foncier conséquent, construit un bâtiment d’exploitation. Son père va alors exercer tous ses talents dans l’aménagement du bâtiment et la construction d’une cuverie inox. Fabien rejoint l'exploitation en 2009. En 2010, Thierry et Fabien décident de passer le vignoble en agriculture biologique, puis en 2011 le démarrage de la commercialisation en bouteille débute.
